LVA Little Libraries

“Take a Book, Leave a Book”

The LVA has several Little Libraries located throughout Key West, and in Marathon. 

These have been developed in partnership with:

  • Community Foundation of the Florida Keys

  • The Key West Citizen

  • Local Key West artist Rick Worth

  • Monroe County Library

  • Susie’s Key West Estate Sales

  • Our community through generous book donations

You can find our Little Libraries easily; they are made from donated newspaper boxes, painted and refurbished by our volunteers (who also help keep them stocked).

Have books to donate?

Donations of books, especially children’s books and books in Spanish and Haitian Kreyol, may be dropped off at the Key West Lions Club (2405 N. Roosevelt Blvd), weekday mornings, from 9AM - noon.
